What Size Dumpster Do I Need/ How much space do I need for the container?

What Materials Can I Dump?

Most materials are acceptable, the following materials however are not: Hazardous or industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides, pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (unless completely dried latex paint cans- no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission fluid/oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil, oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, florescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste (biohazardous material), asbestos, animals, barrels, any and all liquids, and petroleum-contaminated soil/lead paint chips). Materials must be level to the top of the container with nothing sticking out of the top. Additional requirements mat apply based on location. Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions and takes complete liability for dumping the appropriate waste materials as outlined in this section when renting with us.

Will the dumpsters ruin my driveway?

Let us know in advance that you require plywood (a 4' x 8' sheet is placed on any surface to protect your surface)- this is disclosed in the delivery instructions or you can call us or message us through the website or text message to 321-253-1080. Renter affirms that any right-of-way provided by the customer is sufficient to bear the weight of all Express Roll Off's Equipment and vehicles used to perform dumpster rental service. The renter assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces, and for the entire container placement site. Express Roll-Off shall not be held responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement, or relative surface relative to any route associated with performing the contracted service.

Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?

Typically no, but if you wish to place the roll-off container on the street, you may require permits. Please check with your local municipality for rules and regulations pertaining to this.

How fast can you get here?

We typically require 4 hours of lead time or less (before 1 PM) to efficiently serve you.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, of course, either message us through the website, or call at 321-253-1080 us to discuss your dumpster rental requirements.

What are you hours of operation? Hours of Operation

When do you pick up my waste?

Typically on the last day of your rental or when called, messaged through the website, or texted that your container is full.

Are there any additional fees other than what is shown online?

This depends on your location (typically zip codes 15 miles away or more outside of Lake Washington 32934) are charged a fuel delivery surcharge and for additional dumps (one is included in rental), additional charges apply for longer rental duration than what is initially reserved.

What methods of payment do you accept?

cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards

Do you operate on a contractual basis?- net 30, etc.

How many dumpsters do you have?

We currently have over 150 roll-off dumpster bins (varying in size) and we're growing by 50+ dumpsters per year.
